New Jobs for Possible Verizon iPhone Offering

In the last couple weeks, Ryla Teleservices has been heavily recruiting thousands of customer service positions for a major wireless cellphone company.  The name of the company is still unknown but the general speculation is that it is Verizon since both companies have worked together for years.   Ryla provides outsourced customer service support at competitive rates for companies looking to decrease labor costs and increase competitiveness.

An iPhone offering from Verizon is what many people have been wishing for since AT&T has had many service related complaints.  Even though the exclusive contract between Apple and AT&T has not ended yet, there are stipulations in the contract that might give Apple and early exit if certain conditions are not being met, which could include certain performance and quality metrics.  The fast paced hiring that is going on right now by Ryla for this unnamed cellular company, could likely be an exact fit for the volume of additional customers that would be added to the network if an iPhone launch were to occur.  The timing of the hiring suggests that an early 2011 launch would be the case since training for new employees would take about a month.

Employees can expect pay in the neighborhood of $10 to $12 per hour based on previously posted salaries for similar positions.  For more information on these positions, you can contact the company at www.ryla.com or 888-YES-RYLA. The company motto is “The Best Job You’ve Ever Had”.  They have many incentives for employees such as a giveaway of a brand new Kia automobile at their last Christmas party.  Ryla was acquired last April by competitor Alorica for $70 million dollars but founder Mark Wilson has remained as CEO.
