Bert Sperling of BestPlaces.net has just compiled a list of the 10 best places to relocate to in America based on a variety of factors from cost of living, quality of life, low crime rates and availability of jobs. These are not places that have been highly reactive to boom and bust cycles but are rather regions that enjoy a fair degree of stability during good times and bad.  The cities on the list offer many amenities to their populations which include access to great schools, parks and recreation, a multitude of museums and abundant cultural and sporting events.
